Michael joined Wood Investments in 2025 as a Financial Analyst, supporting both acquisitions and asset management. He is responsible for producing financial underwriting, pro formas, and debt and equity offering memoranda for new acquisitions and development projects.

In his asset management role, Michael supports refinancing initiatives, leasing activity, and comprehensive due diligence efforts across the portfolio. His analytical work includes discounted cash flow modeling, IRR and sensitivity analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, and financial modeling for development and construction projects.

Michael works closely with lenders and leasing brokers, assists with the origination and disposition of retail properties, and prepares investment memoranda for financing and equity partners. He also conducts market research, analyzes rent rolls and lease abstracts, and supports leasing efforts for both existing assets and acquisitions.

Michael graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
