Crista Quick is the Director of Asset Management at Wood Investments Companies. In this role, Crista leverages more than three decades of extensive experience in real estate finance, property and asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions to drive the performance and value of WIC’s portfolio. Crista brings a wealth of experience advising private equity investors across retail, office, and industrial sectors from her recent role as Director, Real Estate Investment Services at Quick, Inc. Her expertise encompasses all stages of the property lifecycle, from initial identification and underwriting to management and strategic disposition.

Earlier in her career, Crista held key positions at prominent firms, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she honed her skills in investment banking and portfolio management. Her proven track record includes strategic analysis, financial valuation, and successful execution of complex real estate transactions.

Crista holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Her strong educational foundation, coupled with her deep industry knowledge, makes her a valuable member of the Wood Investments Companies team.
