Britney serves as Controller, working closely with the acquisitions and asset management teams across the company’s portfolio of shopping centers. She is responsible for financial reporting to lenders and investors and oversees the company’s transaction management, including the processing and closing of loans, refinancings, acquisitions, dispositions, and other capital events, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution throughout each transaction.

Britney began her real estate career at Navarro Retail Group where she immersed herself in leasing and tenant/landlord representation.  Her work focused on ownership and demographic research, presentations, strategic plans, committee approval packages and deal negotiations.

Britney graduated from the University of California at Irvine on a soccer scholarship and received her bachelor’s degree in 2007.
